Business and Marketing Administrator

Reporting to the senior partner, the Business Administrator is committed to providing exceptional client service and can focus on production tasks while meeting tight deadlines. You have a strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality and error-free work.

 

We are small architectural consulting practice; we require an independent self-starter that can manage the day-to-day organization and operation of a small office. Key roles and tasks are bookkeeping and office management. This is an entry level position with opportunities for growth; suitable for a business diploma graduate or university graduate interested in business administration, marketing and or project management.

 Key Requirements:

·         A working knowledge of Quick Books (Must have)
·         Articulate with strong English communication and listening skills
·         Excellent administration and organizational skills
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
·         Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality and error-free work.
·         Deadline focused.
·         Good attitude.
·         Experience with In-Design and Photoshop would be an asset.

 

Key Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping, including payroll and invoicing
  • Answering phones and greeting guests
  • Maintaining contacts in Client Database
  • Marketing support
  • This is a position that will require flexibility in work expectations; tasks will be assigned based on the needs of the office.

Professional Qualifications:

Education: Post-secondary diploma in business administration or University degree.
